Cicero Prompt Family Medical Center

Cicero Prompt Care and Family Medical Center started in Summer of 1995 by Dr. Jack Leong, providing care to the underserved population in his community.
    
Dr. Leong was Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics for a few terms at Humboldt Park Health (formerly Norwegian American Hospital). As his practice grew, Dr. Leong felt the need to serve on a larger scale and joined the United States Army Reserves. Dr. Leong was honorably discharged from the Army in August 2022, and is now focused on providing care to families through his practice.

He look forward to his continual partnership with Lurie Children’s All Hands Health Network while continuing to make a difference in families lives.
