Erie Family Health
Erie Family Health Centers is a 63-year-old community health center system that provides medical, dental and behavioral healthcare and health education to 80,000 patients at 13 locations across the Chicagoland area. Nearly half of Erie’s patients are under the age of 18. Motivated by the believe that healthcare is a human right, Erie provides high-quality care regardless of a patient’s insurance status, immigration status or the ability to pay.
Erie’s patients come from communities who have been disproportionately affected by COVID-19. To continue to provide critical access to healthcare during the pandemic, Erie has been agile and innovative – launching telehealth services, COVID-19 testing, care, and vaccination, and a program to connect patients with resources they need outside of the exam room, such as housing assistance, healthy food, and infant supplies.
Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago is grateful to partner with Erie Family Health Centers to ensure that our community’s kids have access to the high-quality specialty care that they need.
