Youth Outreach Services (YOS) is a non-profit organization based in Chicago that collaborates with at-risk youth and their families to navigate life's obstacles. Since their establishment in 1959, YOS has had a positive impact on over 400,000 young people and families. They prioritize helping the most vulnerable youth aged between 12 to 21 in Chicagoland, residing in 23 city neighborhoods and 40 suburban communities.
The Helpline is staffed seven days a week: Monday through-Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
