Quarterly Provider Meetings: Collaborate and Connect

Our Quarterly Provider Meetings offer a valuable opportunity for all staff members across the AHHN network to connect, share experiences, and stay informed about our collective progress. These meetings are open to any available staff at your organization, providing a platform to:

  • Network with Peers: Build relationships with other organizations within the network, fostering collaboration and shared learning.
  • Stay Informed: Receive updates on AHHN programs, initiatives, and any relevant changes that may impact your work.
  • Share Feedback: Provide on-the-ground insights and feedback about the AHHN population you serve, helping to shape the future of our network.

These meetings are primarily held virtually to accommodate all participants. However, some meetings may be held in person to facilitate more in-depth networking and collaboration.

Quarterly Provider Check-ins: Personalized Support and Collaboration

Our Quarterly Provider Check-ins are designed to foster a deeper level of collaboration between your organization and AHHN leadership. These check-ins provide a dedicated time for your organization’s leaders to:

  • Review Performance: Analyze your progress within AHHN, including performance metrics, quality indicators, and data trends.
  • Discuss Improvement Opportunities: Collaborate with AHHN leadership to identify areas for growth and enhancement, ensuring that your organization continues to deliver exceptional care.

These check-ins are primarily held in person at your organization, allowing for meaningful, face-to-face discussions that lead to actionable outcomes.
